I purchased the Halo 5 Guardians Limited Edition Xbox One, and with it I was supposed to get the Warzone REQ bundle (2 premium packs, every week, for 7 weeks). I received my initial promotional REQ pack, but did not receive any of the REQ bundle packs (I booted up the game for the first time on Dec 26, 2015).
They briefly appeared in my open packs section yesterday (for the first time in 3 or so weeks), but when I tried to access them, it says I already had them downloaded.
At the “Manage Halo 5: Guardians” screen in the Xbox One menus, I see that the Warzone REQ bundle is there and downloaded, but have not received any packs.
I have been researching other commenters with the same problem, and it seems they’ve been told to wipe the game and reinstall it, to no avail. Please give me a solution, 343i - I really hope I didn’t waste my money on all this.
I have not gotten mine either and 343 has not responded to the thread I posted in. I guess since they already got their money they feel they don’t need to help. I called Microsoft support and filed a compliant against 343 for the poor customer support on these forums. It looks really bad when a company ignores their customers.
I’m having a similar problem. I got 6 out of 14 packs, but now they’ve stopped showing up. I’ll contact support as well tomorrow. I’ll probably get the same lack of response, but maybe if enough people complain they’ll do something.

I somehow have it installed on my console even though I did not pay for it and no one can tell me why. Microsoft support sent me here and told me that you guys could help but it seems no one knows what is going on. It’s very strange when random stuff downloads on my system that I did not pay for. Microsoft support shows no charges on my account for it and I do not game share with anyone. If I wanted to even buy the pack I cannot now because it shows that I already have it even after uninstalling it.

I absolutely HAVE NOT received and opened six. TWO showed up on Friday, Jan 15th (rather than Monday, like everyone else’s), which tells me they were sent to me after my post on the forums. I haven’t received ANY prior to Friday, besides the initial REQ pack with fotus chillrose. I realize exactly how the 2-per-week system works, please stop repeating that. I’m still unsure of what’s happening. I’m not angry, and I don’t want any more REQ packs than anyone else gets by buying this package - I just want the 14 that I paid for with the special edition of the game.

The Microsoft Xbox Support staff member that I spoke to, on the phone, asked me to bump it repeatedly to get the problem fixed. Otherwise I wouldn’t have done it. To be fair, they only replied after the bump…

Its funny how they sometimes answer and sometimes don’t. You would think when someone gets something they did not pay for they would be on that immediately. I still would like to know how something like this happens when I do not game share.
Further update, whoever in the 343 team got my Warzone REQ packs going - I received two Warzone req packs today. I last received them Thursday, which tells me they just ‘restarted’ my packs, rather than they’ve been coming the past 3 weeks.
The reply that I got was untrue; I have NOT, repeat, NOT, gotten any packs besides the ones I’ve gotten in the past 5 days. I have now gotten 4 of my 14 packs, not six as previously stated by the Forum Team. I STRONGLY hope that I am getting the other 10 that I paid for. Thank you to whoever got this started working - I just want to make sure I get my money’s worth, no more.

Thank you for the update, but I don’t believe this is correct. I mis-spoke on my original post - I had actually recieved 8 REQ packs. I recieved and opened the first two when I entered the code from the Limited Edition I purchased. I recieved the next 6 packs on every Monday for the next three weeks as expected. However I did not open these right away and sat on them for a while. When I noticed that I stopped recieving the REQ packs I opened two to see if they would pop in, but nothing did. The next week I opened two more, and I am currently down to two left.
Could my holding the packs rather than using them right away have caused any issues?

Yea I had the same thing, I ended up not logging in for a couple weeks and it still stopped as if I had opened them all on the designated stop date (I put in my codes day one)

343I have the same problem, help me, I’m sure that I not recive all of my warzone req packs.
I’am still wondering what happened because now I somehow have The Fall Of Reach movie and I did not pay for that either. It looks like I have digital edition stuff now when I only bought the standard edition. This is the weirdest thing I have seen.
I’m having the same problem, except I never received any of the req packs after the initial two that I received when I firs put in the code. I was on online chat with xbox customer support for about 45 minutes before being told to just come here and see if I could find a solution. During the chat I removed my profile from my Xbox then aded it back and looked at my reqs but nothing was there.
I do have access to the Fall of Reach animated series on the Halo Channel.
I installed the game on November 8, so i should have received all of the packs by now. Additionally, I have signed on at least once per week (but generally almost every day).
