Hi!
So on day one of Halo 5 i got the Limted Edition of Halo 5. I put in the code i got and the disk and downloaded everything… i thought. So the game and the anime series finished downloading. so i went to play. what i didnt see until today was that my req bundle got stuck installing on 91% so i canceled it, hard restarted my xbox and then downloaded it completely. now in halo 5 i go to my req bundles and it has the req warzone bundle listed there BUT i havent opened any of the packs from it and when i go to click on that. it says i have it purchased, can see it in my game and apps tab and then it takes me to open the packs and its empty. please help?!
I myself to have contacted Xbox support, I attempted to give as much information as possible, that is our best bet at getting these issues resolved it seems. They refuse to give any proof or sighn of a solution being in sight , I may have found one for my particular proplem. I am attempting to install it through the in game store instead of through the Xbox store, if it works I will re post here. Or if anyone can save me time and tell me it doesn’t work , that would also be helpful
