I bought the Halo 5 Limited edition and included in that is a code for a Warzone REQ Bundle and Halo The Fall of Reach Animated Series. I redeemed the code and have not received my 14 packs that are supposed to be include in the bundle. The game tells me I own the bundle but when it takes me to open them there are none available. I contacted Xbox support and they said they cant do anything, so now I’m unsure what course of action to take to try and get these packs.

Well I’m not certain of the actual issue, but I will advise you that as far as the 14 packs go, they will come 2 per week, not all at once.

If you remember opening two green tinted packs that each contained around 10 to 15 cards, you can be rest assured you downloaded it properly.
