Warzone REQ Bundle not appearing in "Open Packs"

Dear 343,

I have purchased the Deluxe Bundle edition day one I was able to use the first two warzone req bundle packs but last night (10/31/15) I saw a bundle in the store and accepted it but for some reason the packs are not showing up in the open packs? I’m not sure if I’m not doing something right or maybe it’s a bug. Could you please contact me either on this thread or PM. I would appreciate it greatly, thanks.

Same has happened to me. I purchased the halo 5 xbox and it came with the warzone req bundle. for some reason its not downloading its stuck at 90%. But my friend has the same xbox and everything but his worked. Why is this?

Just to tell anyone who comes across this thread I now received the warzone req bundle today. It always gives you the two cards every MONDAY and not SUNDAY. Hope this clears any confusion, thanks guys and gals.

Try dashboarding then quit the game, that worked for me. Or try doing a full shutdown of your xbox.
