Hi, my brother purchased the warzone bundle for me on 12/16/15 and I installed it on 12/25/15, I haven’t seen the warzone packs appear in the open packs menu yet and it’s been a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did contact xbox support already and went through the whole memory and account restore process.
