Warzone Req Bundle,no req packs,Xbox C.S said post

Hi there,
Here’s the situation:

  • I originally had halo 5 standard edition purchased through the Xbox Store and have never bought the warzone req pack bundle (or any paid req pack bundle). - Last week I purchased a physical copy of the limited edition and gave it as a gift to a younger family member that just got an xbox( with a different account ) minus the warzone bundle codes. - I redeemed for the first time the warzone req budle code on saturday on my xbox account and it now says i have the “digital deluxe” edition of the game in the store. - It’s now Wednesday and I don’t have my first 2 req packs and I hear they are meant to come out every Monday. - Contacted Xbox customer services and they said something is definitely wrong and I should have my packs as I effectively used a prepaid code for the wz req bundle and fall of reach in the store which should work just fine and the transaction is definitely valid and also my first for any purchasable req packs and only the deveoper could fix the issue. But they also said this is the only way they knew of to contact 343,Can anyone help me? Am I missing something?

Well I feel daft now I must have never noticed. Sad I’ve wasted that prepaid code would have been good for someone else to get use out of it.
