Hello, I got preorder Halo 5 and got it the day it came out. I redeemed the preorder codes and never got any of the Warzone Req Bundle. I was curious why I never received them.
The same thing happened with me. I preordered the limited edition of Halo 5 that included the premium req pack deal, but I only received the first week of the packs, I haven’t received any req packs since then. There’s nothing that I have found that would help me get them.
Exact same here!! I’ve been posting in other people’s posts on here to try and get 343’s attention but so far nothing!
Just bump the hell out of every post regarding the issue until they take notice.
Probably they haven’t addressed the issue yet, so they ignore it. I’m surprised they haven’t at least noted it was being looked at or fixed to the community.
I have the exact same problem. The last time I got a WARZONE REQ was in December. It say 2 WARZONE REQ a week but never got them. I’m kinda piss cause we pay money for it and we don’t get our product. I bought the Halo 5: Guardians Collector’s Edition and it cost me $250 with my own money. I hope they see this and fix the issue quickly cause I want some items.
Still no fix…Only recieve about 2 Premium WARZONE REQ Bundles… Nice, 343 Industries and Microsoft, I believe that is called false advertisement?
Bought the standard game… Then bought it via store day 1. Still to this day haven’t got any. Says I can install. Deleted it then reinstalled. Reinstalled game. Nothing. They also deleted my posts about this as they don’t seem to care or something.
I too haven’t received the req packs I paid for. I only got the first two, none after. Waste of money, why isn’t anybody doing anything about it? I have seen literally at least 100 post about how the buyers did not receive what they bought. And nothing has been done to help them!!! People have contacted Microsoft and these forums but still no help! It’s a disappointment to see this. It’s understandable for the first week maybe, but to see this problem last so long?! I want answers!!! And my REQs!!!

Stop ignoring this issue 343 you are ripping off and all we want is a response as to what’s going on and you can’t even give us that.
Has anyone perchance found a way to receive the reqs? After months of having it activated I myself only recall receving one pack and none after that.
I got some but not all. Can;t seem to get any help with the issue though. Also had a second code that was completely wasted, and still have not gotten the replacement message they mentioned… I dunno when the 2 code people are supposed to get them though.

Same thing here I purchased the Halo 5 collectors edition console ($500) plus 3 controllers to make it a complete set ($210) making this almost a 750 investment the console was released on the 20th so you could pre download the game and add-ons before release on the 27th I think since I predownloaded it it messed up something and have not received what I paid for at first I didn’t read into what the pack was so I didn’t notice right away as I was just happy to play the game but a friend of mine was telling me how his worked and what it did then realized I got ripped but it is such an easy fix on Microsoft s part all they have to do is remove the license from your account return the funds and you repurchase it it says that you can only have one license per account so by removing it it’s like it was never there I tried telling g Microsoft this but it’s like in one ear and out the other hope they figure this crap out and stop screwing people over that invest in them

Ya and now they expect people to buy that. They should have fixed issues with this pack before releasing another. I have contacted 343 on every possible means of communication with no answer. It is really sad when a company ignores its customers.

i know mate i bought the steel box edition of halo 5 which you got it with and then bought the statue version on offer and now ive just read after the 25th of January anyone who has had this issue wont be getting help ill just got back to Microsoft and see if they say anything further (doubtful)

I also purchased the Limited Edition on launch day with an additional REQ bundle, for 28 total packs over 14 weeks. I definitely didnt open 28 packs. I haven’t played since November, logged in today to check out the updates, but there are zero packs. I opened a few, definitely, and even bought some additional gold ones. I figure I’m out several weeks of packs.
Just verified with MS that I did redeem the REQ bundle codes, so what gives?
I also tried logging in and out of Xbox live, no change. I read that if you redeemed a duplicate code between October and January, you would get a message via Xbox Live to get the packs, but I do not have any messages. I redeemed my Limited Edition bundle code and the additional code on launch night. I played solidly for about a month, but then got busy with school, so I wasnt logging in every week to get my REQ packs. Would really like some clarification, since it appears I haven’t received what I paid for…
