So my friend bought both me and himself one of the Warzone REQ Bundles during the midnight pickup. We both redeemed our codes after Halo 5 finished installing, but… our packs are no where to be seen. Nothing in “Game Add-ons”, nothing in our REQ Pack screen in Halo 5, nothing queued to download. Talk to 3 different support agents, and no one seemed to know what to do. Tried signing out/in, resetting console, hard-resetting, re-entering code. Nothing. I’m sure it will get resolved eventually but is anyone else having REQ pack problems?
Yea man I have the same exact problem, though i bought it online through the Xbox Live Store, and I’m also missing the pre-order bonus. Not sure what’s going on, hopefully they’ll magically appear in the next day but if not I’ll probably try to get ahold of customer support or something…
That’s pretty much what customer support told me— wait a day or two and it should appear. I’m hoping so, because while I didn’t personally pay for it, that’s still a good chunk of change to drop on a game, before even playing it, and have the content not show up.
I’m glad to see that I am not alone with having this issue. I’m sure, givin’ time, the bundle will appear and all will be well.
The first two packs are supposed to come out the first week after launch, and then a following 2 packs each consecutive week until 12 packs are given. I think.

Same problem…but I have so many freaking Req codes, entered them all (about 137 ) and only got the preordered Req’s lol. I’m sure they are aware of the issue and are working hard to find a fix…hopefully soon!
I’m having the same problem, I didn’t preorder any packs or get a special edition of the game but I just purchased a warzone premium pack for £19.99 and after it finished downloading it took me to the open packs screen but no pack showed up, I hope they sort it soon. Glad it’s not only me.

It seems I’m not only person who can’t found it. Glad it was not my problem. Btw, I can’t found the Fall of Reach either.
Glad To see I am not the only one as well, and I dropped $20 on packs anyways. This is why I can’t have nice things (CSGO!!!). But I’m fine with it. Really love all the new custimization options.

I had this issue. I ‘exited’ the game from the dashboard, went back in and the Warzone req packs were there!

Same here man.
I had the same problem, but I played a couple of matches of warzone and it gave me my premium REQs there. Hope this helps.

THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD WORK
You will get 2 packs, once a week, for 7 consecutive weeks after launch. Totaling 14 packs all together. The first 2 will probably be released to our game automatically about a week after launch (Novermber 2nd-3rd)
