Warzone Req Bundle late to opening the game

Hey guys, I just opened my Halo 5 limited edition game the other day, redeemed my code just fine but have not received any packs. I know I will be receiving packs on a weekly basis, but I have 0 packs as it is. Shouldn’t I be seeing some since it’s been over a month since launch?

2 a week is all you’re gonna get. For the next 7 weeks you should get 2 each week. It doesn’t backlog or anything.

You’ll probably receive your first 2 packs next Monday when the next set are released. I don’t believe your get your first 2 straight away (though I could be wrong)

So I’ve waited and I still have not received a thing. Not even the 2 on monday. This is really starting to get on my nerves. Any ideas? Support lines?
