I bought the Warzone Req Bundle around the end of October/Start of November.
I didn’t realise I had this included with my limited edition of the game. I redeemed the code but didn’t get the goods because I found out later that I couldn’t double up. I re-read the card from the retailer it didn’t say that you couldn’t double up or anything anywhere on it. So I took it back to my retailer which they responded with “It can’t be refunded after it has been redeemed, you need to contact xbox”. Which I have done.
They insisted they had a team working on my issue, after 3 months of no contact from them I decided to check up on them. Only now they tell me it is impossible to refund since it was from a retailer, as you can see it quickly makes a circle which results in my money being donated and nothing for it in return.
So that’s why I am here now, I used support here once before but never got a response so I only wanted to use this as a last resort. Is there a work around or fix for this?
I spent $33.45AUS on the download card, now I have no product for my purchase and a constant broken install on my xbox that forever fails to load because of the double up issue.
I really do hope there is an issue, but at the point I think its very much a “Thanks for the money but bad luck” moment. I didn’t think of all the games I would face with such an anti-consumer issue that it was Halo. I do hope there can be help, please respond soon.

Id contact Bonnie Ross on Twitter and let her know how bad the support is. I even contacted Phil Spencer about it.

It’s pretty bad, they seem very proactive when it comes to controversial threads like splitscreen though. At the moment it seems that they are happy with having my money and not giving anything in return
I feel what they did is theft and Im tempted to contact the BBB about all of this. Im an Xbox Ambassador and im trying my best to help people on here and its sad that the real people who can help are doing nothing. Its like the company is being shut down.
I’m very pissed about the whole thing. I have been trying to get this worked out for weeks now. 343 doesn’t seem to give a rats -Yoink- about their customers.

Same issue here. I still have the card as well, and as you say, it does not say limit one per customer anywhere. I missed out on a couple sets of packs (at least) from the first code as well. Didn’t log in a couple weeks and still only had 2, I feel like they get deleted if you don’t open them in time for the next ones.
The whole REQ pack system should not be in the game in the first place honestly. It is just another way for them to make a quick buck. I’m thinking of contacting gaming sites and letting them know the lack of support on here.
Thanks for the responses here guys, I know I wasn’t the only one. But this is shocking, it is pretty much theft. If the purchase doesn’t go through then an effort to compensate or refund should be made. However all xbox could say was pretty much bad luck. And yet, I have still not received a response from 343 in regards to the issue.
I have a broken download on my xbox too so it serves as a constant reminder that they don’t really care about the issue or won’t bother to make an effort to fix it. (And by fix it I don’t mean “bad luck” or “be more careful”)

Cheers man, we all need it. I can’t believe how slack they’ve been. A few days wait fair enough but not this long.

What is even worse is that when I contacted 343 on Twitter I get ignored but they will tweet the Halo pros.

I know I’ve seen it happen too. I don’t think they grasp the simple concept that fixing issues would make angry customers less angry
