I purchased the Halo 5 Warzone REQ bundle on week 2 of halo’s release, and i have not yet seen a single req pack for my $25 spent. And i get on today to find out that the warzone req bundle is disappearing. I assumed this was just a bug thatd be fixed, but i find out its disappearing soon, I’m annoyed. I spent $25 for a product that i havent gotten anything for. I even tried buying it again and it says “you already own it” so i delete it from my hard drive and get back on the game and i go to buy it, it says i already bought it and that it is redownloading. After i wait for the thing to finish downloading, it tells me i have it, and i go back onto the game and there is nothing in my req packs. Am i seriously never going to see the product i paid for?
HAlo 5 networking is all sorts of screwed up right now including reqs. You are not alone bud.
Xbox Support suggested this to bring some attention to this issue. Please vote and keep comments constructive.
Id appreciate 343 to do something about this
I don’t believe the Warzone REQ bundle is disappearing, I just received my packs im prolly 3/7 weeks into it. There are internal game issues at the moment that may also be a cause of of the REQ error.
I believe the Warzone REQ bundle was announced that it was going away and you should purchase now. I was content with letting 343 figure out my issue - but I started getting concerned after hearing of the replacement and lack of communication with us. I’d be pretty happy with someone from 343 saying yes we no the issue, yes we are going to fix it - we don’t know when as there are other priorities now overall with req system.
bought it day one with my limited edition, one code was completely wasted, missing a few packs from the first code. Doubt I will ever see them, considering how much they seem to be trying to stifle the issue rather than just fix it.

No, i bought the pack on the week after halo 5 was released and i have never once received a pack, it says i bought it, but i have not yet received a pack from it, and now the pack warzone pack is gone. That was $25 and ive gotten nothing for my money.

I downloaded 4 warzone req bundle packs using 4 different digital codes immediatly when purchasing my Halo 5 game when it was pre-realeased, and all of the codes were accepted. The only screwed up part was during my purchase, it was not disclosed you can only use one per account. For each code I entered, I was able to get an initial 2 req packs, but I only received 2 req packs for the full 7 weeks once. Meaning, I never recieved the rest of the req packs for the other 3 digitial codes enter. These were codes I obtained thru my limited edition and collectors edition purchase of Halo 5, along with the additional purchases of the Warzone req pack bundles being sold seperately for $25 a pop.
Actually, I’ve been pretty pissed about this, and have been tryng to get some resolution, but Xbox live hasn’t be able to do anything to help. The retailer is trying to call Microsoft to see what can be done, but I haven’t received a response. Finally, I was told to get in contact with 343 Industries, but they don’t have a customer support department. I plan to continue fight this case, and now will be starting a forum of my own discribing my discontent with the misleading advertisement early on when the req packs were being sold becuase it was never disclosed you can only use one per account until after the game was released. I find that pretty messed up, especially after spending so much money, and now I can see I’m not the only one that has experienced this problem.
Either Xbox, Microsoft, or 343 Industries need to do something about this because I refuse to spend any more money buying their products until I get some resolution to this issue. I advise you all to do the same and not spend anymore money if their are not going to take care of their consumers!!

Im not sure but I heard that some people said that depending when you bought it depends on how many you get
now that doesnt make any sense to me… LOL

Dang they had that super fine print on those packs huh? scumbags
What a joke. Class action Law suite all over this issue. They need to fix this for all the extra money they took from all of us and gave us nothing in return. They can lose millions…just sayin 343

This is a big issue and seems to be growing in attention that people may have not realized it at first cause they didn’t read what it did and heard from others how the bundle worked went to the store and said wow I did not receive 14 packs and people are starting to get upset with this situation and people are going to start walking away from the franchise hope they come with some answers soon
