I am having issues with halo 5 warzone req bundle.
the bundle delivers 2 warzone packs every week for 7 weeks of log in, a total of 14 packs. I only received 6 packs over the first 3 weeks of play. Have since logged in 3 times a week avg. checked unopened packs. Talked with Xbox support uninstalled my gamer tag, halo 5, the warzone req bundle add on. Please help find my missing req packs
I and many others haven’t even received one of the REQ packs. I contacted Microsoft today and they informed me that it was a dev. issue and they couldn’t help me. Hopefully 343i is still working the problem.
I have had the same issue. Halo 5 is one of the biggest gaming disappointments I have ever had. Not to mention, since I bought the console I feel like I missed out on a lot of rewards that were offered to other people. I also purchased the master chief controller and got the req pack from that, however I didn’t get one from the standard Halo 5 controller that came with my console, I would have had to buy another of the same controller to get it. I didn’t get the digital copies of Spartan Assault and Spartan Strike that were given away to digital preorders… Even though I did preorder my console and if=t came with a digital copy of the game. I did get the Warzone req pass, but I haven’t gotten the packs from it… I feel cheated from spending money on the console and not getting a lot of other perks, the stuff I should have gotten don’t work, and to top it off the campaign of the game was terrible and I couldn’t even trade it in at Gamestop…
Sorry for going off, but I’m pissed. I’ve been waiting about a week to hear an answer to this same issue and haven’t heard anything for a reply. I miss Bungie.
I’ve had mine for 2 months now and still haven’t received a single pack from it, I hope this can be sorted out soon.
I’ve had the same problems. Missing content which I paid good money and work pretty hard to make. This has been a problem for quite sometime and ive not seen it be addressed nor have I seen any acknowledgment of the issue by 343. I’m feeling pretty disappointed.

Is 343 even looking at these posts? This is actually the second one I’ve posted on… Please stop making me hate Halo.
Ive seen and posted in a lot of these threads, mine is buried somewhere and I haven’t bothered to dig it up with a bump recently because it seems pointless. I have only seen ONE post by 343 in ANY of the countless threads about missing warzone req packs and they basically said they didn’t find any problems with the req packs of any of the people that posted. Honestly, while I wish it would be, I somehow doubt it will ever be fixed.

Same here except i have received only my initial pack and that’s it.
It would be nice if 343 replied. Like they said they would in there thread.

there is a thread with almost 200 posts on the halo 5 general discussion section too. I will post there so you can more easily find that one too. (I actually have that one as my waypoint bookmark.)

it was the first page I saw on this forum, because I was searching on google about missing warzone packs. So it ended up being the bookmark. Seems fitting…
