today i bought the limited edition with steelbook of halo 5, i already owned the normal version of the game. i scratched my code off and it removed 3 letters i contacted xbox live chat support straight away after about 5 chat sessions i got a agent saying he would get me a new code then he ended the session so i started a new one and now they cant, they told me to contact 343 i think its a bit poor Microsoft cant replace it. i have my receipt that is 12 hours old pics of the code i can provide ect any help would be grateful i really wanted the reqs been waiting ages.
