I know, I know
The forums specifically have a post about how you can only have one applied to an account.
But I was giddy with excitement and purchased the Req code from the rep at my local video game selling franchise.
Anyways, both were applied to my account. I realized what had happened and I contacted Xbox Support. They told me it would be reapplied and I would get more req packs after the first 7 weeks were done. Obviously this didn’t happen. I contacted Xbox Support again. They told me to post about this in the forums. Maybe I’m out of touch but a forum for posts like this is a little bizarre to me.
As we all know, digital codes have a no refund policy at the store level AND through XBL.
LONG STORY SHORT. I blew 25 dollars Canadian (I know, that’s like 4 cents American. Or 25 dollars Australian.) But I want to know what can be done about this.
