I purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition of Halo 5: Guardians at release which obviously included the Warzone REQ Bundle. Received all of those no problem. Since then I have periodically found the Warzone REQ Bundle offer appear in the REQ store but if I clicked on it, it said I already owned it & couldn’t purchase it again. That was expected behaviour. On 9 August, however, I WAS able to purchase the Warzone REQ bundle again from the REQ store in game & have been billed for it. I have obviously NOT received any REQ bundles.
The “Warzone REQ Bundle Duplicate Purchase” page at https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/warzone-req-bundle states “…there is no ability to purchase a second bundle in-game…”, however that is not true & this is obviously due to a bug in the game’s code. How do I go about getting a refund for this additional REQ bundle purchase since this was NOT purchased via a game card but was purchased IN GAME which should not have been possible.
