Warzone Req Bundle Duplicate Compensation

I talked to Xbox Support about the issue and they directed me here gave me this support number: 1332813284

I bought both the Halo 5 LE Console and the LE Collector’s edition, so I got 2 Warzone Req Bundles. I used both codes, but only got the one pack because of how they worked, but now I’m seeing that people in my situation are being sent messages over live and getting 14 Warzone premium packs as compensation. I still have not received either, and am just wondering if these are being sent in waves or if I will receive the packs at all. Thank you!
