Warzone REQ Bundle dosent work

I bought a Xbox one halo 5 edition and it came with Warzone REQ Bundle I still don’t have it. So 343 I would like one of two things to happen either you hopefully fix this problem then I get my 14 Warzone REQ’s that I bought or You just put 14 Warzone REQ’s into my inventory and I will be the happiest person on the planet my GT is “Mute GUNGNIR Z8” I would like o have what I bought please 343 help me.

No I tried Xbox support but they just sent me to the 343 forums

Yeah, I wouldn’t presume Xbox Support would be of any assistance because they handle Xbox issues, not bundle issues. Although I think that this might be in the wrong Forum section. I think you should go HERE. Hope it works out for you in the end.

Already went to the other forums but I need 343’s help I shouldn’t get cheated out of about 60 dollars

I wonder who was in charge of coding these rewards and were they sacked with how badly they failed at their job?

#1 did you put the code in to get them? A lot of players assumed they didn’t have to do anything but there is a code you have to use. Sounds dumb for me to ask but trust me it happens. Also you don’t get all of them at once. You get two packs per week for seven total weeks… so you initially get two pack and then two more for six weeks.

Yeah I put the code in but 343 or Microsoft screwed me over so -Yoink-'em until I get my stuff back if I paid for bonus content I SHOULD get that content it’s unbelievable
