i recently bought the halo 5 limited edition Xbox one bundle that came with the game, the codes for some additional downloads,the controller, and the Xbox one. But, none of the downloadable content appears in requisition “open packs” tab. I’ve contacted Microsoft and they tried to help but didn’t go as planned and they redirected me to here. I’ve been on the game just over a week now and by then I would have gotten 2 war zone packs by now.

The premium WZ pack gives you 14 packs total. 2 packs a week for 7 weeks. It said so on the paper with the code.
These things are really good and I wasted them before knowing how the unlock system worked. Good piece of advice. Save them until you have unlocked most of the uncommon and rare REQs.
I do not know why they are redirecting you here! I know a lot of people are having issue with the warzone premium pack, but the other promotional code should work fine. Look into your customization (helmet/armor) for the Fotus Chillrose, I do not remember if I had to open a pack or if it was immediately sent to my customization.

You should get your 2 first when you redeem the code, then 2x week for 6 more weeks.
For me they always showed up on mondays.

Well i can’t get it at all. It says that it’s installed but it doesn’t show and it’s been 9 days since I’ve been playing and haven’t gotten one.

What about Fotus Chillrose?
I just now received the fotus chillrose. But still waiting on the warzone.
I own the X1 exclusive as well and the only bonus you get are Fotus Chillrose and the warzone premium pack right? (Ok the steel case and metal earth but that’s not it). Like I said warzone premium pack are buggy and you are not the only one not receiving it. I do not think anyone here can be much of a help for you sorry mate!
