So I bought the LCE and got the warzone req bundle and was able to redeem all of my bonuses. But I’m game sharing with my brother. He downloaded all of my preorder bonuses and premium req bundle. It shows that he owns them in the store yet he has not received anything in game. He has all of it installed. Re installing didn’t work. They were there once but he tabbed over in the req menu and they disappeared. I’m not sure if this part of the issue where people arent just getting their req bundles or if it’s related to game sharing. Is anybody else game sharing dlc?
Hey, im no 343 staff or anything but, Am I correct in understanding that your trying to use the warzone req pack bundle and both your account and your brothers account?
Sounds like they’re using the “home console” method to share games. I suspect, with the way the system is redeeming those, that they cannot be shared the way the game can.

Agreed.
Yeah we’re using the home console method. I mean it showed up once then disappeared on him.
It will show up as a download for the second person but they will not receive the packs. You cant get 2 for the price of 1 if he wants them he would have to purchase them himself. Me and my brother do the same thing as well
That’s the thing. He can’t. When he goes to the market place it just prompts him to install it.

My wife and I have the exact same situation. I can’t really be upset at needing to buy it a second time since we are sharing the game for free, but Indont seem to be able to buy it. I’m going to have her try purchasing the req bundle online in the Xbox store and see if that allows her to get the Reqs. Will report back.
Having the second person purchase the REQ bundle will resolve the issue. They can share the game but not the REQ bonuses. Have confirmed this myself with testing.
How do you purchase it if it only says install
Okay so I know that am very much late to this conversation but I think one way that you can bypass this whole console-sharing BS is to try buying the content from the Xbox website. Me and my friend console share and we usually just take turns buying the packs because we were having the same issue. but whatever he buys I recently discovered I can purchase from the website. for example he bought the Arena req pack. i can’t buy it from the console, but the website doesn’t say i own it and it gives me a price. now i can’t say it works 100% but it’s worth trying

Please don’t revive old topics thanks.
Saying that, your advice is pretty much spot on. The console will catch that the pack is already installed so won’t let you buy it again, but doesn’t realise it’s a license from another user. Buying from the website bypasses this and allows you to get the content
