Warzone Question

So when it comes to trapping the opposing enemy team in the base for the rest of the game. Don’t you get more REQ points winning faster and getting into the next game than camping and killing people over and over and waiting till 1000VP?

I’d honestly rather get 1.3k REQ points with a 5-10 minute win than 1.8k-2.3k REQ points for a 20-25 minute win.

If you destroy the enemy core right after the 10 minute mark, you will get the maximum amount of req points in the least amount of time.

It’s things like this that baffle me as to why they don’t implement some straightforward formula like “game time in seconds = REQ points” They can add a multiplier if they need to for balancing, (e.g. seconds * 1.5 = points) or bonuses for winning / doing well (as a percentage), or change the price of REQ packs accordingly to make it work. But I don’t think I’ll ever understand why it’s not just straight forward like that. Then no playlist would be better than another and far less people would flock to some playlist solely because it pays better.

I already have everything unlocked, thus have no furhter incentive to even play Warzone. I was honestly just wondering, because everyone seems to enjoy ruining days… my fireteam included…

At this point, I’m just waiting for the release of Thel in Killer Instinct so I can play as a Sangheili again. XD
