Hey there, I was recently chatting with Microsoft support about this issues and they told me to post here. I bought Halo 5 Guardians Collectors Edition and redeemed the code for the premium Warzone REW pack bundle(14 REQs) that comes with it. When I started to play the multiplayer in January, the first week I got 2 of the 14 packs, and the second week I got another 2 of the 14, totalling 4 of 14. However since those two weeks I have not received any more. It has been two or three weeks since, and none of them have been in sight. I know for an absolute fact I did not open or receive any of the remaining 10 warzone REQ packs.
How can this be fixed?
