I know its almost too late to ask with the arena req bundle coming, but I’ll ask anyways.
My friend got the warzone req bundle back installed when he preordered the digital deluxe edition of halo 5. He still hasn’t received the premium packs yet and 343/Microsoft hasn’t gotten back to him on it. What should he do to get his warzone packs before it’s too late?
the most you can do is go to microsoft support.

Is it in his req store? What happens when he clicks it? Does it say, he already owns it? That is what it says to me, I enjoyed many awesome weeks of req pack goodness. If not, try re-inputting the code.

He says he has it installed, but the packs did not show up in his packs to open section.
