So when the forge update came out I stopped receiving my warzone packs it’s been 2 weeks since I got my last one and I never got the holiday pack either what’s up with that?
Most likely they ran out, you only get them for 7 weeks. If you’ve had them since launch then that is 7 weeks.
Only had the packs for 2 weeks.

They do a great job when I have a problem like this

Most people get referred back to this forum when attempting to get help from Msoft. And this forum is worthless for getting help with req packs. They wont even respond to the myriad of warzone req pack issue threads, except the few where they claim the person got them all already. My post has been ignored by them for ages, and so I continue to post on many of the threads about it. It is an unforgivable lack of support.

Hum i dunno i had a problem with the warzone pack too talked to xbox and it was fixed its so strange guess it depends on who you get
