I love Warzone 343i did a great job with it honestly. However something I would do to improve it is to give it more of a warlike feel. By that I mean creating a more chaotic environment by maybe sending out more enemies with a random order in which they come out. Also making the maps look more damaged like an actual war is taking place would enhance the Warzone feel. But I feel like my thoughts about this aren’t put together quite right and my idea may sound bad so feel free to express your thoughts.
I agree but whose to say what a warzone looks like right when the fight starts, but the bosses thing would be nicer it keeps people on their feet more than ok next boss in 2 minutes here set up to beat him down
I think the problem is you either have a match where your team is spamming vehicles or the other team is spamming vehicles or no one is using vehicles. But on those rare thinks when both teams are spamming vehicles warzone is truly amazing.
Warzone is an awesome game type. I really enjoy it! I think that having random boss spawns would be cool, but it would make it harder since there really are only a few places on the map that they can have enemies spawn that are equally accessible for bot teams. In theory it’s a good idea, but you would have people complaining about how hard it is to get their mastery done for warzone AI’s. I like the thought of having it look damaged, or maybe even having crashed pelicans (much like the crashed pelican in the map Valhalla from past halos).
An interesting change could be once per match, you’re allowed to spawn back in with a Drop Pod, upon choosing it you get a map overlay that has heat markers on it relating to where your teammates are and you choose where you want to drop in. Maybe limit the drop spots by requiring it to be within a certain distance of a control point. Just imaging dropping down on an unsuspecting tank or spartan

I am so for this…I feel like there is a meager amount of enemies on the field too much spartan on spartan contact…I feel as though spartans should be trying to shoot at enemies at the same time or through enemies or try to kill the enemies and then clean each other up…All of these power weapons and assassinations are cool. But the environment should be more hostile hostile enough where I would need an oni warthog hostile like what warzone fire fight seems like with way more enemies on the field…I even feel like enemy AI should be in warzone assault…I mean so many AI on the field it would force you to work as a team and struggle to control bases enemies should fly in phaetons and banshees should fly into the map in multiple…Plenty of promethians and soldiers…and they should invade bases…It should be overrun with enemies…So that the req system would be maximize…The starting spawn of enemies only takes like 4 people to kill…Enemies should atleast consistently spawn on the map there are places that are not even occupied by enemies…Of course there should be safe spots but who said it should be easy…after all it is warzone like there should be knights and hunters in the open or goups of a lot of enemies to prevent it from being so easy to just capture bases…There should be a reason to use the power weapons and burn cards excessively…There should be a better sandbox to use these vehicles…It should be a dangerous game of rock paper scissors…You should have to worry about dying while transporting teammates due to heavy fire from power weapons etc…and heavy enemies…The warden should also freeroam instead of being stationary enemies should randomly spawn around the entrance to the enemy core as well…
I love running 6 minute games in warzone with fair reward if with the right team think its great. Minus still glitch issues.

I would love to reply to Calliber because his idea is great but this is my second post so I have to say that it should be hard. Of course I have my times where I stare at the screen in disbelief as to what goes on in the game however a more challenging and random feel in the game would in my opinion be way more fun. I’d rather have a challenging game that makes me have to think through how i’m going to overcome my obstacles rather than a game that’s extremely simple and easy to play. But you’re right so many people complain about how overly “competitive” the game is already. haha

I would love a major update or two to warzone, theres so many things that could be added. Unfortunatly i don’t think 343 will give us anything other than more reqs.

I like the idea. I’ve always wanted boss spawns to be more random. At this point everything is down to a very simple system and a bit of surprise would be great.
I would like a Warzone with three teams. Could make it interesting.
I chuckle every time I hear Palmer say “I’ve never seen so many enemies on the battlefield”. Or, something like that. It’s a good game type but a long stretch from feeling chaotic like a warzone. On the other hand, with everyone having a BR, can you imagine how fast you’d die every time you try to cross an open area? How much faster vehicles would be destroyed with more BRs shooting them?
