For a powerful training simulation that can create battle scenarios with any enemy and weapon, you’d think Brutes would be a viable thing for Spartan IV’s to train against to keep them prepared for anything. To train them with Brute equipment like the spiker, mauler and spike grenade.
I know brutes are appearing in Halo wars 2 but I’d still like to shoot at them myself and I do quite miss the spiker from halo 3 and Reach. Personally I’m not bothered if they are there at launch or not but some time in the future would be nice.
Same goes with the flood.
Well flood isn’t happening we all know that from the T rating unless it changes somehow. Although a Warzone map filled with Brutes would interesting to see if they actually pose a threat and change the gameplay.

As much as I need a pain in my backside…
Joking of course, I would love to see brutes, flood, heck even insurrectionists.
if the war games are training sims then keeping it simple should be fine, but if they add spartan ops (you know, missions the spartans are training for…) as DLC then i’d love to see brutes, insurrectionists and even flood, but adding the flood could cause that dlc to be rated up to M depending on how graphic the monster alien zombie parasite theme is depicted but wouldn’t really affect the game rating because “online experiences may vary” but adding brutes to war zone would be cool, maybe instead of elites on some of the maps we could have brutes
The flood are present… In their very own game mode known as Flood which is an interesting spin on infection. (I am assuming Flood will be in Halo 5 because of its feature in Halo 4).

I haven’t seen anything showing proper Flood being in infection mode for Halo 5. If there going to do Flood then maybe they best use the designs from Halo 2A infection since they actually looked more like Flood while the one’s in H4 looked like mini nemesis clones.

Sure Brutes would be cool too, don’t see why they couldn’t include them too.

343i don’t want to make unneeded extra work for themselves by adding brutes. This means that they would have to add some of their weapons and it is not worth the time and effort

I believe 343i already said that there would not be a flood game mode. Don’t quote me because I could be wrong (I’m not wrong much JK)

If not called flood then infection. Similar to Halo 2A’s infection with flood models.
If 343i can add vehicles post launch (when they said they will add new vehicles if there is enough fan demand) I imagine they can add brutes post launch.
After the breaking of the Brute clan from the Covenant, the survivors returned to their primitive savage nature. Without the weaponization of the Covenant, they are nothing but apes hitting each other with sticks.

Yeah still maybe we can unlock a banana in a REQ pack and feed them on the maps.

That’s a bit harsh considering the brutes were a space fareing civilization before the covenant.

The online portion of games are unrated… So technically, they could have flood in Warzone without a ratings issue, if I’m not mistaken…

And they were slaughtered after the rebellion, forced into hiding.

Yes I am sure this is correct, Otherwise any game with online capabilities would be rated M for mature because there are no guarantees you are not going to run in to some racist 12 year old kid who likes to spout profanities every 5 seconds.
I would love to see that. Imagine a brute that hijacks your ghost and then is riding around trying to kill you lol

Actually they were just barely space faring, like how in the real world/21st century we are a tier 4 civilization

I thought they went full person and nuked themselves back to the stone age?
