Unsure of the status right now, but last night it was humming along. For such a large group of players, I was kind of amazed how quickly you got into games and how quick the matchmaking took. Not sure if Open/Closed NAT is an issue with Warzone, have you played it before without issue or is this your first try into Warzone?
