So after winning between 2 and 5 games of Warzone in a row, whether it be assault or regular, I seem to get thrown into a game where the enemy team has two out of three basses, is capturing the third and has the majority of the boss kills. Not to mention my team has mostly sub-100’s for scores down the line.

War zones skill matching system seems to not work most of the time for me either I am constantly in games where it’s extremely one sided and they only last like 10 minutes or less hopefully with 343 updating matchmaking the skill matching system will actually work and there won’t be any these one sided BS games.
I don’t think you understand what ranked means. That is quite literally what happens when you are matched randomly.

Gamers today…smh… it’s so funny how some seem to think they should get perfect match ups and matches every single game. Bad match ups happen. Especially with JIP. It has always happened even since they started online gaming. Not every match will be perfect. Yes you will get out matched sometimes and yes you may get thrown into one sided butt kicking games. It happens sorry online gaming isn’t a perfect science.

The whole point of this thread was that after a few good games it puts you into a completely hopeless one. I understand you’ll have your ups and downs with the system. Sheesh people.
i’ve played a ton of warzone, all solo/no party and have a k/d right over 1 and w/l just over 50
hidden ranking system seems to be working pretty well

You should see my record. I think I had 6 straight losses in a row yesterday. The day before I think I had 4 or 5 wins in a row. After the 6th loss yesterday I quit playing. I don’t think I will sit thru that again. I think my limit will be 3. I do well most of th even when my team loses. But its aggravating as he!! when I’m on a team and nobody will guard a base. So I’m left to guard the base otherwise all 3 bases get captured. Then the reverse happens everybody wants to guard the same base and nobody tries to do anything else.
I just checked my record. I won 5, lost 4, won 5 then lost 6. In that order. It does seem a bit odd. the string of losses I will back out after two losses in hopes I get put into another group. It doesn’t appear to be working though.
Coincidence. That’s the thing with unranked and social playlists - you’re more likely to get mismatches. It’s just that all the whiners EXPECT 343 to manufacture mismatches in their favour. It seems people’s view of casual/social/unranked is that the playlists should cater exclusively to them personally.
unranked is literally you get what you ask for. If you play the game you’re basically acknowledge that the enemy team could be a group of tryhards with bottomless req cards. That’s just how public matches are. Arena would fix your problem a little bit, but then again I was diamond tier in a lot of lists at one point and there were games where I would roflstomp onyx tier players. Similarly there were games where I went against gold tier players and all they seemed to be able to do was perfect kill me. It sucks but just know if you JIP into warzone or BTB 90% of the time it’s a losing game because people hardly quit/leave when they’re winning.
I still think ranked should just go back to Halo 3 style. Start off as a level one or a bronze tier and just work your way up until you reach your skill ceiling. It’s better than the current play 10 games and we rank you in a crapshoot that may be very accurate or horribly inaccurate.
It may be random, may not be. As long as I am having fun, I will continue to play. I only get jipd if at all when I first start to play.
