I am all for having new warzone maps, however, I understand that takes time and effort to add new maps. So what I am suggesting instead is to have two variants of each main warzone map.
Say on stormbreak variant, you have to clear out covenant from the home base instead of prometheans. Commander Logo or whatever would instead be 2 hunters inside the fortress along with many grunts and some elites. This way each hunter will be 75 points instead of the easy 150 we have right now. Captain wamik can be a phaeton instead. Etc etc.
Do these for each of the 4 main maps and we have twice the variety. You can even do different lighting kind of how they did with warzone assault. Have the alternate maps be dark or something would be awesome.
What do you guys think? Is this a viable alternative to having them make more maps to help alleviate the repetitiveness of the maps we have now?

This is one of the best ideas yet, people should really hop on this I feel like a lot can be made from this.
Interesting idea, I would even go an extra step and pull a ODST:Firefight, aka having a day version and a night version of the maps.
The only real issue i can see with this is being given the same map over multiple games (eg Arc covenant , and then Arc Forerunner)
That being said i really like the idea as it does offer some variation even if it isn’t a huge amount. Definitely could help with the slight repetitiveness of war zone.
How about… standard Warzone map variants, and then variants of each with…wait for it… No Warden Eternals! gasp

Haha love it! Have some super bosses, like wraith ultra guarded by some ultra ghost, or phaeton guarded by banshee ultras.
Or even better, rouge marines with gauss hogs and Oni scorpions.

Not much different than it is currently with Arc, Arc, oh look, Arc again haha.
