In warzone and firefight, you can get to the level of 9. But no reqsare level 9. The highest are only level 8. Is there a reason for this?
I think they did it for you to have some more reqs once you take one, for example you get an answer and with your 3 reqs you can take an overshield or wait for damage boost, things like that. In ff reqs charge fast.
