Warzone is still a broken gametype

Promethean enemies spawning inside of defense objectives, ridiculous amounts of Hunter targets to kill on just round 2 where we have only a few rocks to throw around for damage… 343i what the actual fu** is up with this? I refuse to believe that you guys actually tested this gamemode to make sure it was balanced in terms of spawning and enemy numbers.

These do not qualify as “broken”. war zone firefight is supposed to be tough.

It isn’t broken, sometimes I find it too easy. Having enemies spawning in the base? Use a ghost or better yet a plasma caster, always go to the upper floor and stay there then they will continue spawning door stairs/outside forcing them to go up to you. Plasma caster = bunch of them dying.

I’ve never had to kill hunters by round 2 but I’m usually on level 3-5 by round 2 (and it’s possible for most to get to level 3 by the time round 2 starts.

How can you say that it’s not broken when you have enemies that just spawn on top of the objective you’re trying to defend? That’s not “tough” that’s artificial difficulty created by making an enemy group unfairly advantaged.

Maybe 6 hunters all around the map at round 2 is a bit much to ask of players.

That is what makes it tough. not to mention after playing enough you know they are coming or going to spawn in the base. not to hard to prepare for.

Remember these are canonical training situations. It makes sense to create extremely difficult situations for these Spartans to test their mettle, so that they may be better prepared to face challenges in the real world! :slight_smile:

Although you could have written this better, I do agree that warzone firefight is still a bugged, unrealistic, unpolished, pile of garbage, and the best way to waste your reqs.
