Warzone glitch?

So today I was playing War zone Assault. In one of the games I was in my team captured spire and not even a minute after we ended up capturing the next base.
Then this happened while I was in the opposite team. My teammates were in the Spire and some how the other team still captured it. Again not even a minute and the captured the second base. It said to Defend Armory but at the same time the other team was already destroying the core.
Has anyone experienced this?

Its not a glitch but its very unsportman like. Twice the time and 2/3 the battle because the attackers wont accept defeat. This can be very strategic if used right and to counter you will need 1-2 people guarding the armory.
