Warzone gametype

So I posted this in another post but would like to see the thoughts of others about this but for H6, I’d love to see a game mode of Warzone that cuts out the other team, leaves in the 12 Spartans and requires the team to clear out each of the 3 main bases and then destroy the opposing core against AI. The AI would be adaptive in difficulty so depending on how quickly a team is able to capture a position and hold it till its captured and marines spawn in (fly in on a pelican) will change how difficult the AI becomes (shifting from something similar to the Easy up to Legendary difficulty AI depending on how well the team goes), if the Spartans can’t take the next position within a set time, offensive AI are then spawned and their objective is to capture the last captured position, if the spartan’s hold the line they advance, if they lose the position they fall back until either their core is destroyed OR the Spartans can push out of their hole. Also throughout the game depending on how long the match goes for, the AI will call in boss units that will assist with the objective and if the Spartans are going poorly, the game will also spawn in friendly bosses, something like Fireteam Osiris, Blue Team or Red Team (Maybe even Black Team?) that assist with whatever their objective is.

So clearing things up…

  • Both teams get completely cut off from each other, instead fending off A.I. enemies while racing to assault a core before the other team reaches it - Marines and Spartan fireteams can come in to assist the Red and Blue teams - The enemy A.I.s can call in reinforcements and can take over bases should they succeedIf I had to sum things up, it sounds like an obstacle course with jumbled elements of Warzone Assault and Firefight thrown into the mix. I’m not feeling it at all.
