I have noticed that some warzone games (at least for me) are ridiculously short. Like, I had one game that lasted less than three and a half minutes.

I have games that last around 15 min most of the time, and I feel like that is a good match length for warzone, however, there are some games, like the linked one, where it is just insanely short.
I kinda want to play the game for more than five minutes at a time, even though I did win the game, I didn’t feel like I accomplished anything really. I just stayed at one of the garages killing anyone that went inside.
I don’t think the enemy team particularly enjoyed that game either…

Usually these super short ones basically just one team destroying the other team. I usually play 10min + matches but I have been in some 3mi and under and that’s usually I destroy or get destroyed. Not to common thigh and it usually happens when I’m against an actually team of people and not ransoms.
I have yet to find a match of warzone less than 4 mins.
Unless you’re getting completely “REKT”, the average match would be longer than 10 mins.

Me and a 11 other friends dominate in warzone and get 5-6 min matches, We do it for easy req points and fun

Not exactly. Longer games = more commendation progress and more gains from xp boosts. In Warzone Assault it’s best to be as fast as possible but in regular Warzone I prefer to drag it out.
