Sure there’s argument for how points are awarded for bosses, in that you should lock down the boss’s area to prevent the other team from stealing it, which already is debatable. However, even this argument goes completely out the window when it comes to flying bosses, such as Captain Hestro, Captain Wamik, Baron 'Sraom, and Pilot Dalamen. With the exception of possibly Hestro, there is literally no way to control the area in which these bosses fly, so the enemy can shoot from literally anywhere on the map. Baron 'Sroam especially, as the boss flies right in range of their spawning armory. What are you supposed to do, lock them to their home base to prevent the boss from being randomly awarded to one team? At least with the flying bosses, most of the points should be awarded to whichever team does the most damage.
Plasma pistol grounds air units.
I’ve seen people take Wamik and Hestro out of the map with them.
Your argument is invalid.
I would actually love it if the points were divided by how much damage is done by what team. For example, if one team did 90% of The damage to the warden, they should get 135 points. The other team would get 15 points. And they could add a small amount of bonus points to the team who kills him, like 25 pts. Idk… What do you guys think?
Basically all this post boils down to is that warzone boss awards are poorly programmed and that <point distribution strategy I suggest> would be a better alternative.
If they haven’t patched it in by now, I doubt they will.

In absolutely 0% of the Warzone games I’ve ever played have I seen this done, but I’ll give it a shot. But, keep in mind, even if you EMP it to cause it to fall to its death, the kill still goes to the last person who shot it, with any rifle, carbine, or SMG, which could be anyone anywhere on the map.
