What time does the war zone firefight update drop

Long story short, 343 never specifies the time on these updates, which I assume is so they can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Well what was the average time that the other updates dropped
4 to 7 hours from now.
Hoping to check it out sooner than later. Need a change of pace.
