Hi there, those are not unbeatable but really hard to finish…
The 4 mantis’s: one of them seem to always get stuck in one of the garage… The problem is that in there, you don’t have much room to move and your an easy target… But it can be done…
Next one is the 2 generators to protect on darkstar, the biggest problem is not he Prometheans… It’s the location of the 2 generators, it look farely defendable, but most of the enemies will jump over the walls and come at you from everywhere. If you get vehicles in there, you’ll eventually splatter friendly and or not move and get obliterated. Finally if you get one or 2 or more tanks outside where the enemies spawn… You’ll get kill easily in the open…
That’s the most unbeatable for me.
By the way the 4 mantis’s on sanctum, I have beaten a few time but at 3 seconds from game over…
The generators on darkstar is still undefeated by me…
The Malevian Armsmen on Attack on Sanctum are frustrating. My team usually gets the three outside, then the last one is a pain in the -Yoink- to deal with. The most effective vehicle I’ve found for it is the Ghost Ultra. I’ve heard Gravity Hammers work well on it too.
Defending the Generators on Skirmish at Darkstar are the bane of my existence. I’ll perform fairly well at first, but then I begin to run out of ammo and my teammates constantly run into me and it sucks. The generators either need a health buff or relocation. Or both.
For the generators, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever lost. The key is always 2 Ghost, preferably Ultras, at the back. Left and right and it usually always gets it done.

I’ve never used ghosts for that round.
It seems that as long as you have people using heavy weapons on the knights, and some sort of vehicle for crowd control, you’ll do fine in that.
As for the mantis - Ghost ultra or Endgame Spartan laser seems to work well for me when I face it.

Rocket hogs are great here too.
Dark star for the generators have one or two in wraiths in the main yard area and have them splatter incoming enemies and they can shoot into the generator area to help out. Or use ghost to kinda do the same thing.
The mantis on sanctum tanks are the key. Take down the ones outside the garage quickly. Then you can shoot the one inside the garage with a tank or two from outside through the balcony of the top floor. It also helps if some use banshees to give the tanks cover from soldiers.
splaser on malevian armsman in garage works pretty good, but I agree that it’s very annoying when u have a tank and can’t use it properly.
