Say someone in a WZFF left and you ended up being picked as that person’s replacement. You obviously aren’t going to get much in the way of EXP or REQ points, especially if you filled in late-game.
Can’t there be some sort of backfill rewards? Overwatch does it when you join a game that’s almost finished.

I guess that would be pretty nice
That would be pretty great, especially because people are usually quitting because the game has turned for the worse. I find myself coming into a game late in a round when winning is impossible and then I take the loss and get hardly any RP or XP out of it. Really just wastes my time and hurts my win percentage.
