Yesterday I was playing Mythic Warzone Firefight on Escape from A.R.C. and at one point tried to respawn. Because you can’t control where you respawn (really seems like you should have some choice but that’s besides the point) I was placed in front of the garage near the two rock structures and was immediately run over by a teammate in a wraith. Not intentionally, but the game really just decided to put me back in play directly in front of a teammate in a vehicle so that I died less than one second after respawning. And of course I then had to wait 26 seconds before I could respawn again. Is it really too much to ask for a reduced respawn timer if you get betrayed, intentionally or accidentally? I know 343 wants to make the game tougher with the increased timer on harder difficulties in later rounds, but is it really such a tall order for some kind of exception when someone betrays you or the game respawns you in a spot where you get killed immediately??
I would be nice to see something along the lines of if you die within 5 seconds or so of spawning in you don’t have to wait. That way if the game gives you a bad spawn you aren’t punished for it

I would say even 10 seconds. Sometimes it spawns you right outside a base that is being attacked by AI and you have to run away for being in the open.
Another possible fix would be to just let us pick where we spawn. It doesn’t seem like that hard a concept, but instead we have to just roll the dice any time we die. If I want to get right in the fight (like if the timer’s running down) then I’ll take the risk when I need to, otherwise just let me pick somewhere distant and I won’t mind legging it across the map to be able to approach the fight the way I want.
