So, here are some things that I would Like to point out about Firefight I simply Don’t Like:
*Promethean Defense. If we had to defend a Garage, or an Armory, Or EVEN A CORE, And it’s Promethean, I dislike how they can Spawn Right on top of the Objective, and start Capping/Doing Damage before we have time to react. This Usually Ends up in a loss, Since most of My teammates are either Horrible at Communicating, Or I just happen to be in the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time.
*Boss Compliments. We Get It, Bosses are Supposed to Be Either High Ranking or Really Important. But Having the Hunters on Apex 7 Spawn with a Few Million Knights and Banshees that can Two Shot a Fully Shielded Spartan Just Isn’t Okay. (My Team Didn’t even Have Access to Armor Mods at this Point, Nor any Decent REQ Weapons.)
*Final Round Bosses. Some of these are annoying (but not all) in the Fact they either A. Have too many at once (Hunters.) Or B. Are Much too Powerful to get a shot in without Dying. (Most Forms Of Goblin Jockey, Wraiths, and Banshees.) Or Even C. Spawn in an Area Vehicles Can’t Reach. (I have Had a mantis Spawn in A Garage before on Sanctum, And We BARELY Killed him Because me and Two Friends had A Spartan laser of Some Form. I had an Endgame.) I feel like that’s a Large Problem, at least in My Opinion.
*Balancing. Most Covenant Feel too Easy, And Promethean too Hard. Buff the Covies a Bit, Nerf the Constructs a wee bit, and Boom. a Deadly Compliment. Not Impossible, But not too Easy.

I agree with your points and I tend to find the lack of overtime is one thing that could have resulted in victories especially when the target was only a couple more seconds away from death/completion.
Enemy stagger is a thing because most enemies can one shot you or two shot you with their melee or weapons when you get close so it makes things like the Energy Sword, Gravity Hammer & shotguns(especially) mostly useless.
Random One Shots by enemies that can occur with their shooting or melee.
melee ranges covering an entire 360 degrees(Most enemies but especially in Hunters) even tho the enemy animation doesn’t match where they reach you. I’ve had a grunt jockey swing to the left and kill me when I was on his far right and a Hunter smash me even tho I wasn’t on that side of it’s swing and was in the air.
Random homing blasts(Hunters) that also happen to be One Shots(which is a big problem honestly because last I checked we were Spartans. Not marines. An ODST is more durable then us).
Lack of assassination availability on enemies who should be viable of assassination but are some how immune. Lack of hijacking & boarding on enemy vehicles even tho as Spartans that should be a basic instinct and ability and would be something we’d conduct whenever we find an enemy vehicle and we can do so against one another but not the clear enemies of mankind? Yet the only way we can is if they hijack us but heaven forbid we hijack one of theirs unless it’s that they took it from us first?

Ahh this is the thread I was looking for to add my two cents. I just wanted to point out that the Promethians in general are just way too strong! There would be no way that the Forerunner would have lost to the flood had the Promethians been this tough.
We wanted a good Firefight mode, but the AI with this mode gets so cheap sometimes it feels like Warzone Firefight is only a Microsoft/343 money grab.

I was just playing Yesterday, and I Agree on Overtime. Warden Was a Piece of Paper to a Flamethrower but we lost due to time. (He was Literally one Shot- With any weapon.)

so they gave the game out for free shortly after firefight was released. (for a limited time, so you could be right)

The Thing is, Most of the people I see Playing Firefight Are Either Underleveled or Don’t have the Correct REQS. I only See Tanks and Such on the Final Round.

then play normal warzone or multiplayer and earn it like everyone else
I’m loving Firefight, but I agree that it needs to be balanced. My biggest complaint is the final rounds that have like 5+ bosses - for example, Skirmish at Darkstar. One of the final rounds spawns 4 Legendary Knights (I forget what the boss variant is called) - after killing them it spawns a Mythic Warden Eternal. Most of the time, it takes 2-4 minutes to kill the knights alone, leaving almost no time at all to kill the Warden.
My idea to fix this issue would be to add time for bosses defeated - say in the previous case if you defeat a Knight it adds 15 seconds to the timer. Not a lot, but if you are able to wipe them out it gives you enough time to either work on the other knights, or even give you enough time to take out the Warden.
Also, fun fact: If the Warden Eternal is at ~25% health or lower, you can assassinate him. Has a cool animation too!

There’s a difference between hard & cheap/frustrating. Even if you use Reqs, the sheer amount of One-Shots makes it so you die essentially as soon as you try to use them. Or in more cases they don’t make too much of a difference because the sheer amount of damage the enemies can do compared to how much you the player can take is staggering. A freshly spawned Scorpion can get boarded immediately and destroyed in seconds. Banshees, Warthogs all vehicles mite as well be made out of paper. Enemies having outrageous hit boxes that are very much broken.
Power Ups barely help at times, special weapons & Legionaries are no better then regular weapons because they don’t turn the tide enough unless EVERYONE is using it. Which is the feeling more times then not.
Unless everyone is using specific reqs in full mass, you lose. The biggest thing too is that not many players have the reqs and mental capacity to complete rounds. There are more selfish, lone wolf idiots then there are people who understand that this is a cooperative game mode. Not a problem for pre-made parties yes, but for solo players it’s absolutely frustrating until our friends get on.
All of what I’m saying are actual problems that only 343 can address. Not all of them mind you, but most of it. Once more there is a difference between something being Hard and something being Cheap and Firefight feels mostly cheap.
Promethians are just the worst.
I have way more fun playing the covies.
I love warzone firefight. The grunt mechs are pretty tough to kill. And their ability to seek us out even around corners is just plain wrong. Make them a little easier to kill. Don’t spawn bosses in the back of the base. We can’t reach them there.
Urban is almost impossible to win. Out of 55 games, I have won 4 on that map. Kind of unbalanced, wouldn’t you say?
The respawn time is too long. Twelve seconds is long enough to have to sit out the game. And let us choose where we want to respawn or give us options. While we are sitting in respawn mode, let us be able to look around and tell our allies what is going on.

Although I agree with these points as well… how about 5 mins to kill 3 wardens (Yes I know this is just one boss fight round) not to mention you are either being mauled by their minions or you die and then have to wait however long it is (30 secs? plus an additional 15 if you spawn with a vehicle?) to spawn. Granted some of you may disagree and that is perfectly fine, but from my experience from WZ firefight… It’s just to damn short. If you ask me it needs to be at least 7 mins per round. Whats an extra 10 mins total gonna do if you go all the way down to the wire each round?
Can I get splatter immunity?! I’m sick and tired of Fing scrubs running me over because they are either a troll or just Fing stupid as S***. You have to change it where friendlies can’t kill other friendlies by splatter because people lose good REQs and even worse spawn live 10 seconds and then have another spawn delay because of a stupid scrub.
I will admit they have made good changes to the protect the core and defend the garage but it is still absolutely the worst when you have 3 splinter turrets and 3 knights all bum rushing you… My beef is the MEGA SUPER STUPID OP BANSHEES (ESPECIALLY ON APEX 7 ROUND 2 WITH NO GOOD POWER WEAPONS). Banshees can blow up any vehicle in 1 banshee bomb and kill 100% vehicles and Spartans in 6 plasma bolts or less. They can take 4 gauss hog and tank shells (some rounds) and multiple banshee bombs and STILL be flying. Either buff player banshees or nerf AI Banshees. And while we are on the subject BUFF THE MANTIS!!! Mantis is worse than a ghost as it currently stands

Believe me in know how ridiculous that is. I have so many clips of those endings, … they should add at the very least, a 5 or 3 second add on to the timer for killing one of the bosses on round 5
