Warzone Firefight should be able to be played while offline, such as if your internet is down or if you don’t have Xbox Live. Players would be able to use all weapons, vehicles, power ups, etc. It could be used as a sort of weapon testing mode, or just great fun if you cant be online. Or even just make it like Reach, where ypu had certain weapons and do it that way.
Would you want to play by yourself? Without being online, you wouldn’t be able to have teammates. Also, your REQs are store online, so access to what you have/don’t have would not be available as well.
Very unlikely to happen in H5. I think a bigger priority would be to make the game in general playable while offline. For Firefight, they would have to change the entire thing so it would be viable for a single player and then you would have the issue of people wanting a solo Firefight experience while online as well. Too much stuff to change while most likely having a skeleton crew with H5.

If WZFF was done right, those issues wouldn’t be issues obviously. Offline would exist, so LAN and split screen would too but we know that didn’t happen so ya… i hope in halo 6 these aren’t issues (we know split screen will be in the game)

As much as I would love to be able to play WZFF offline or over LAN, it can’t happen because of how Halo 5 was built. Hopefully for Halo 6 these aren’t issues anymore.
