Warzone Firefight: more time to kill mythic bosses

Don’t you guys think we don’t get enough time to defeat the mythic bosses?
Sure it can be easy when you have an amazing team. But what about the players who don’t focus on the bosses but instead they go killing mobs or driving around the map? We need at least 1 or 2 more minutes on the final round.

On some rounds I find I would of appreciated a bit more time. Especially after you defeat pipap and the hunters spawn in the caves!

YES PLEASE! Anytime Warden Eternal is the last mythic boss after the Knights on Stormbreak, I never beat him. My team might get one of the Legendary Wardens, but never close to two. Definitely need more time for mythic bosses.

I would agree and this is a common saying I hear from some of my friends when we play Warzone Firefight against Mythic bosses - especially on Urban.

We need some sort of time bonus for defeating multiple bosses, for example an extra 30 - 45 secs per Legendary boss & an extra 90 per Mythic. Does that seem fair? Maybe also a little extra work on spawn locations on big maps. When it takes a min & a half to get to your objective, because you spawn literally on the opposite side of the map, there can be issues.

Adding 30 seconds after every Legendary or Mythic boss kill would help! As well as spectating your teammates while waiting to respawn.

I think the final round needs an extra minute.

I really don’t think so. At this point, it is safe to assume that we reached level 9 reqs, and we should be using them.

Your high level REQs are going to be really hard to use effectively if it takes around two or three minutes to even get to the boss.

I think a lot of the problems with FF could be solved by just getting rid of the long respawn timer. That would give players more time to participate in the final battles.

How about every time we kill a Boss are one of the Mythic Bosses we get a time bonus ether of 2 minute or 3 minute ever time we kill a boss. 2 minute for a regular boss and 3 minute for a Mythic Boss that would make other players go after the boss more often. What do you guys think of that idea?

This, plus not re-spawning halfway across the map. What good is it when we use req 8 or 9 weapons/vehicles if we can’t get there in time to use them effectively.

Played that one yesterday and lost like usual…

I don’t think we need more time to kill them. What we DO need is for them to spawn in a more open area so we can effectively use our REQs and kill them. We all know that these bosses are hard to kill, but it’s where they spawn that makes them so impossible. Seriously, how many times have you guys played on Stormbreak or Urban and your team loses on the final round to those -Yoink!- Swarmlords and Wardens in the back of home base? If they spawn somewhere around the middle of the map, then it’d be a bit easier to kill them IMO, like have the Swarmlords spawn in the fortress and the Wardens spawn around the Armory. As for other maps, I can’t really think of any changes to add, mostly cause I don’t get them as often, but yeah. Keep the time, change the spawns.

Actually I’ve noticed that for the past few days that Pipap round on apex has become a breeze to go through and we only had like 3 tanks compared to th 7 randoms would normally put out.

Rather than adding more time they need to juse ditch the two wave system. If we’re going to be fighting a couple mythic wardens after killing a grunt mech or a group of legendary of Knights…WHY THE HELL DO THEY SPAWN INSIDE A BASE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MAP?!

Why cant we just fight the warden and be done with it? There’s next to time to pull this crap off unless EVERYONE is using tanks/mantis/banshees

I agree it’s the location of the mythics that makes it difficult to complete that final round usually. People are pulling out tanks and mantises but if they are in the back of the home base you have to hope someone can push them up and get them somewhere where the vehicles can get at them, because honestly power weapons are much less effective against them. The adds are brutal and never ending at that point so I’ve had many times when I spawn something that could be useful but get destroyed because there are so many adds and I either have to use all the power weapon on them, or I get killed before I can even use most of it.

Yeah man I noticed that too, must of seen my post lol

One word: Overtime. Or is that two words? But anyway in games like Tf2 and overwatch if you are actively doing something that contributes to winning/continuing, then the overtime comes on. That could work for FF too.

Power weapons are pretty uselss in FF, they need like triple the ammo to be worth bringing in.
