warzone firefight is lackluster and disappointing

listen ive just played a few rounds of WZ FF and i havent played halo for a week so my skills are slightly rusty.
but seriously, paired up with a bunch of randoms we cold take down the mythic boss and the other warden without any difficulty.
inst the point of having a mythic boss is that its supposed to be a challenge and something new, but the thing is it is a regular warden with more health that shoots slightly different lasers.
i mean there is little you can do but just shoot it till it dies with a tank
maybe to increase the difficulty in firefight give all bosses a slight buff and in the case of the mythic i have a few suggestions

  1. give it some form of teleporting ability that like the soldier you know what direction its moving, make it go from around armoury to garage in terms of rang so about 100m.
  2. also give it more abilities. for example, maybe make it so that it can telepathically lift a tank and then throw it at players.
  3. maybe could bring up a shield to block sniper and rocket fire.
  4. give it the ability to maybe jump and ground pound temporarily warping gravity sending players within range flying to their deaths.
  5. another thing maybe the ability of mythic warden to lift up a spartan then smash it into the ground
    but bottom line is make mythic warden a challenge.

onto actual firefight itself, it feels like there arent many types of objective.
maybe make an escort mission like escorting a marine or scientist
another idea is to drop 50 hunters or knights into the field and make the players have to survive the round.

biggest problem with firefight is that it feels to short maybe increase round time or put multiple objective into the same round like kill watchers and then kill the knights to encourage planning. another idea is to increase possible round.

Its also a Beta. Its probably going to get harder considering how people are steamrolling them.
(Also; its pretty easy to kill three Wardens, even one Mythic one, when there’s 3 tanks with gunners and two Spartans with Lasers or what have you shooting him)

There are some good ideas there’s actually.
I personally think it should be on a different style of map, could be force em back style trying to clear bases or levels of a building etc and move forward to a designated point or defend a base from the waves of various enemy types, such as holding control of a building or ship.

the Warzone maps seem a bit to random and lack objective and flow for firefight. You seem to Spawn in random spots and what is more annoying is when new waves of enemy spawn on top of you. It got so boring for some randoms playing in my team last night that they just took to running the rest of the team over and trying to flip team mate ghosts and steeling them etc. was very annoying!

I think the main problem is that it’s to easy and short.
also you face a warden knowing what it can do and that its pretty easy to kill them there’s no unpredictable element

Correct, but the remember the halo 5 beta and the final game. There were few differences between lighting and weapons

They should allow him to warp right in front of you instead of running to you. He never leaves that small area. Another thing, he does the same thing over and over, what they should is change the way he attacks when gets even more damaged or have different forms. But at least its better than punching a prophet over and over.

you mean a generic wave based horde mode? Any variation of that is boring, easily worst addition to halo, next too armor lock

I have enjoyed firefight so far. The biggest issue is that you basically can’ win without vehicles, but it is very easy to win if you do have them.
