he was talking out of his butt. servers don’t reset untill at EARLIEST, 10 if not 11 PST (A,M) i don’t know where he got 5 Central

It will probably be 10 a.m. Central and 1 p.m. Eastern. That’s usually the time they do it.

they use west coast time, it will be out mid-day if you are on east coast
