I want to know what exactly determines which players get assists on bosses because I’ve tried everything from shooting it at the last second and even just being near it but even then it seems to only give me an assist when it wants to, so I have to ask. What determines who gets an assist? Is it damage dealt? Time spent damaging the target? Where you are when the target dies? I need to know so I can stop getting incredibly angry when I don’t get an assist for seemingly no reason.
