Obviously I can’t judge the gamemode yet, but one thing that bothers me a bit is the duration of the matches. Each one looks to last around 15-20 minutes if all rounds are completed, which seems a little short for firefight.
What I’m suggesting is a voting system where we can vote from 3 options for the no. of rounds, like 5 rounds, 7 rounds or 10 rounds.
Also some kind of variant similar to FF limited where you only have access to loadout REQs and pickups and a limited set of lives (per player) would be cool. WZ FF is looking sick though, great job 343!
Honestly, if this were H3:ODST, a set consisted of 5 rounds. 5 Rounds to a set (The challenge for Recon was 5 consecutive sets), and each round usually lasted 5 minutes or more.
In H:Reach, even the solo matchmaking lasted around 15 minutes, and a 4 player firefight was 10.
So 25 minutes in an 8 player environment seems to be about the right amount of time for a 5 round game.

Really? I was playing a match of FF limited on Reach the other day, and it took us 30+ minutes to complete. Arcadefight was also pretty lengthy sometimes.
