On round 5. Last Banshee flew into the mountain and got stuck there. Playing on the Temple map. The team eliminated all other enemies but lost the round because the banshee never came out of the mountain and couldn’t be shot. Seeing more and more glitches like this on all maps. What is going on with 343?
It’s because Firefight wasn’t given nearly as much attention as it should have. I started playing Halo 5 online less than 2 years ago so I never experienced this first hand, but there were some weird and/or game breaking glitches when Firefight was first released. For example, there would be Elites who would hop in the gunner seat of your Warthog (something they’ve never done in any game) and then they would do a near-T-pose and the turret would aim in random directions. Stuff like this was sorted over time (which is also a problem), but the glitches you are seeing are leftovers from an unfinished job all because of that unreliable “games as a service” model.
