So. Get to a certain req level. Spawn a weapon and some doiche runs you over in a vehicle. Sometimes on purpose, sometimes by accident. You have now lost your hard earned req. I think the person who betrays should then be able to be damaged from “friendly fire” from the person they betrayed for a limited amount of time. You can then decide if you want to seek retribution or not (depending on if you felt it was on purpose or accident).
Am saying this because a recent game had 3 people in vehicles purposely betraying team mates. Not enough to get kicked, but enough to ruin the game. Currently they can do this and get away with it, as long as they are careful enough to not betray the same person too many times. Yes I did report them, but what does that actually do? And how much does someone need to be reported before something happens?

Or you could just spawn a wraith, flip their vehicle and blow it up. Much more fun.

Or you could just report them and move on rather than reacting like they want you too.

This is very irritating. I find reporting/blocking does nothing. Friendly splatters need to be turned off. Also banshees should not be given the ability to flip wraiths. Beyond annoying.

Basically reporting individuals who do this for violating LIVE Code of Conduct via Unsporting Conduct (Which can also fall into the categories of griefing and intentional degradation of the quality of LIVE’s Services for other individuals) and moving on is the best way to go about it. Thank you for the positive advice .

The only reason why I wouldn’t recommend this is because they might be trying to jeer a response like this out of you, just so they have reason to report you as you would be violating Code of Conduct for Unsporting Conduct by repaying in kind.

They would have to modify some of the game physics or all the map barriers if friendly splattering was disabled, as then some people may abuse this to overlaunch others into other places not normally reachable by conventional means.
I got intentionally flipped into a canyon to my death when the other player wanted to snag all the kills for himself in WZ FF.
Not much I could do, yeah reported him but not much was done for my loss of a Ultra-Wraith. Just tough luck I guess
the higher powers shown to me. Which told me, to just quit the game a seek another when a dirty player shows up.
So many WZ FF start up, that it’s np. Luckily everyone who plays the game isn’t like that.
Reporting doesn’t really do anything. It’s not like in the xbox 360 days. I’ve only seen like 5 people out of hundreds of quitters and betrayers that had gamercards that say this persons reputation needs work.

Are you sure? The last few times i have reported someone, i got a message from Microsoft saying “Thanks for helping make Xbox Live safer for everyone! We took action on one or more of the recent complaints you filed.” I have reported 2 people in the last 5 months, and i got a message from Microsoft about each one.
What were the messages you reported saying? In a cleaned up way of course. I’ve reported messages that were pretty bad since the Reach days and I’ve never received any message from MS.

I only remember one of the guys i reported, lets just i was in a club and he acted like a whiner everytime i said something remotely offensive, he also put down my opinions several times. I reported him, he eventually stopped posting in the club, i think. I left the club after i got into an argument with an admin of the club (Who rather then being a crybaby, he is an actual jerk), i just got sick of it. The only nice guy was the club owner, who he even told me about a giveaway for a game he was holding before anyone else knew! Too bad i left before i could join the giveaway, i made a friend through the first guy’s drama, so thats nice. Sorry, was that too much information? I got carried away…(there was also some kid in the same club who gave me trouble, and even straight implied to me his parents treat him badly, quite nice, ain’t it? )

Heh. (I’m sure you noticed but you forgot to quote me btw)

Nah, I didn’t forget. It’s just a habit where I sometimes don’t quote people when I’m the next reply and I don’t need to point out something specific. I just figure people will read the thread again, but I guess it would make it faster for them to read my post if I did.

Or do what I would do grab two plasma pistols and hit them over and over and over and over and over until they exit the vehicle and you grab it. If they don’t well… they’re going to sit there for a long time.

If someone needs my req that bad they can have it. I usually spawn in high reqs for others to use. I have plenty of reqs to go around being 152.
