I’d like to start off my saying I haven’t posted much so I’m not positive that that this would be a good idea,
Warzone Classic
Don’t you ever get tired of being destroyed within a second by OP weapons, I’m talking to you Answer, and you just wanna play it casual, well maybe you can!
The idea is it is just a regular warzone, but with nothing added to it, no advanced vehicles or weapons, no armor mods, and no special load outs, only your AR, Magnum, BR, H2BR, SMG, and DMR with no special upgrade to them. You could still use your trusty sniper, but you’ll have to get a headshot! Maybe a warthog won’t be so useless after all? Probably not for people who are striving for Unfriggenbelievables (me, well attempting), but just for some people just necessarily like to be destroyed by some Nornfang, and it could give new players a chance in warzone, because quite honestly newcomers have no chance against some of the weapons.
Well that’s my idea, if it’s not a great idea or just needs some changes leave me constructive criticism, or you could leave criticism, it doesn’t matter to me xD. Honestly i would appreciate some feedback so let me know!

It sounds more like a Warzone without REQ variants. So no Whiplash, Answer, just Railguns and Saws.
Exactly, it is similar to BTB but you can chose your reqs with no upgraded variants.
Sounds like it’s an unbalanced version of BTB and not as fun as Warzone since you don’t get all the OP weapons. I think I’ll pass.

I sometimes take great joy in hunting down a more powerful opponent. But just remember, even when he’s carrying the answer, he bleeds just as easily as anyone else when you shoot him from behind.
That said, I’d be willing to check out a “classic” warzone variant. I like choosing my loadouts, and it’d be interesting to see warzone play out without answers, ultra banshees, helios, and arlights on the map. Not sure if I would like it or not, but would be interested in trying it out.

The normal saw does ok damage if you shoot it in its core, but the answer can probably take out a phaeton if you can continuously shoot it in its core. It can take quite a bit of health off a boss phaeton in warzone.

I’d still use a Splaser instead. Or a Plasma Pistol.

Non-sarcasm:
- I’d use a Spartan Laser against a Phaeton because Spartan Lasers are marketed as “anti-vehicle lasers.” Using an Endgame in Heroic Warzone Firefight, I wrecked 3 boss Phaetons in under 30 seconds.
- Plasma Pistols EMP vehicles. You could EMP the Phaeton, skyjack it, and kill the ex-pilot with it. COULD. It probably won’t work. It wouldn’t for me at least, because I’m trash at H5.
- There was a humorous/sarcastic component to my suggestion of using a Plasma Pistol.
You probably didn’t need this extended explanation. I just feel the need to reply to people who reply to me. I also feel the need to clarify things, whether or not anybody gives a jackal.

No sorry it wasn’t supposed to be sarcastic. Lasers are always good to use and you feel like a boss when you kill something with it lol. As for plasma pistols, for a gun that is pretty weak it is very effective at stunning vehicles or trolling lol

Yeah, the plasma pistol is weak when used as a weapon. But its EMP effect is the sole reason I was able to beat Halo Reach on Legendary.
