That’s how it’s supposed to work OP - you’ll get 2 premium packs every week for the next 6 weeks leading to 14 in total. The way the levelling system works it wouldn’t make sense to give you 14 packs at once, so you level up during the week and then get 2 chances each week to get some really neat stuff for your Spartan
