Warzone Boss?

Hi.

I am 2 x boss kills away from completing the Hunter commendation on tier 5.

So, I have played warzone a bit, but only really just started actively seeking commendations, so all kills to date that have taken me this far into the commendation have just been random luck, I have no idea what / how I have killed to get this far.

The last few games I played I have assisted or taken down various hunters, wardens, grunt mechs…but none have counted towards my final 2 boss takedowns needed to finish my hunter commendations. (To clarify I already have the Hunter slayer commendation which requires the killing of hunters only).

Can anybody advise me on what is actually a Boss? And what type of thing do I actually need to concentrate on to finish the last 2 kills. it says kill or assist in killing a Boss.

When it has a skull over its head, I think

I read a while back you have to get the killing shot.

If you get the medal for a boss takedown, it should count towards “killing or assist in killing a boss”. You may need to do a hard reset on your system to make sure everything is updated

Some time’s it’s pretty crappy about giving it to you. I’ve definitely been kill shot on a Warden (or even the assassination) and still didn’t get the point for the kill.
